Change of command ISAF's In Kabul Afghanistan


ISAF Commander, Lieutenant General David Richards transfers of authority from Bulgarian Brigadier General Neyko NENOV to French Brigadier General Franck Lebot, at ISAF’s Camp Warehouse on Jalalabad Road, on 06 February 2006. The South East European Brigade (SEEBRIG) hands over the responsibility of providing security and assistance in the Capital Province to the French, Italian and Turkish led Regional Command Capital (RCC).
